Ciudad's wine list offers a rare, focused opportunity to discover the great wines now being produced in the Latin world. Being a California restaurant, it was tempting for us at Ciudad to create a wine list predominated by California wines. That would have been the safe route. But we are never that way! Instead, we felt strongly that we should offer our guests the opportunity to try some esoteric wines. And because they are not as well known as their French and Italian counterparts--yet!, I must add--these delicious wines are an incredible value here in the restaurant and at your local wine store.
